DIAMOND BALLROOM FAQS

Age Restrictions: Diamond Ballroom events are all ages with exception of a very few events each year. Please refer to the event page on the Diamond Ballroom website for any restriction. Please use sound judgment when bringing a minor child and consider the crowds and the lyrical content. All persons, regardless of age, MUST have a ticket to an event.
ATM: Diamond Ballroom has an ATM on the East wall of the building.
Seating – Disabled Patron Inquiries: This is a General Admission Standing Room Only Venue. There is seating on the outdoor patio for patrons that need to rest. The venue is accessible for disabled patrons with restroom and parking accommodations. Medical devices and equipment are permitted as needed. The venue does not provide medical equipment except during emergency circumstances. If you have questions or need additional accommodations please reach out before your event at info@diamondballroom.com
Box Office Hours: Diamond Box Office is open on show days only approximately one hour prior to the event’s start time and through the headlining act taking the stage. You may purchase tickets to any event while at Diamond Box Office.
Fees: All per-ticket fees still apply when purchasing tickets in person at the box office. The overall transaction fee ($3.50) and the delivery fee ($1.50 or $3.50) are waived when purchasing in person.
Diamond Ballroom Food and Beverages: Beer, wine, liquor, soft drinks and water are available for purchase along with some packaged foods such as chips and candy. We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
Cameras: The camera policy for events is set by the event promoter or performer. Please check your ticket or the event page on the Diamond website to see if their policy is listed. If no specific policy is listed, the default camera policy allows point-and-shoot cameras with NO flash, and NO video. Professional cameras with detachable or telephoto lenses are prohibited.
Door time: Doors open one hour prior to event start time unless otherwise noted on your ticket and/or our website.
Merchandise: If a tour is selling merchandise, it will be available for purchase at the merch booth located on the West wall of the building to the left of the stage.
Lost and Found: If realize you’ve lost an item while still in the building, please inquire with Security for assistance locating the item. If you discover you’ve lost an item after you’ve left the building, please email info@diamondballroom.com and someone will contact venue management for you to see if your item is there.
Parking: Parking is free at Diamond Ballroom with a large lot to accommodate all vehicles. Diamond Ballroom has disabled parking.
Prohibited Items include: All weapons including pocket knives, oversized bags, backpacks, outside food and beverage, cans, bottles, alcohol, drugs, video cameras, monopods, tripods, and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses. Patrons are prohibited from bringing guns in the building, even with a license to carry. This includes off-duty law enforcement.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. This includes E-cigarettes and similar devices. There is an outdoor patio with seating where smoking is allowed and a bar for drink purchase on the patio.
Club Seating: Club Seating is a private area with guaranteed stage views and seating. Here you will have access to a table/chairs for the event with exclusive bar service that only this area provides. While the Diamond Ballroom is an all ages venue, you MUST be 21+ to sit in Club Seating. These tickets are not available for purchase at Outlets.
Re-entry: Once your ticket has been scanned for entry to an event, you may NOT re-enter the building.
Delivery Method: Print At Home – If you have selected Print-at-Home as your delivery option, can either take a physical copy of your tickets to the venue that you printed out on paper. OR, you can pull the tickets up on the screen of your smartphone and the bar code can be scanned directly from your phone. By turning up the brightness on your phone screen you’ll be able to scan your ticket quickly and easily, getting you into the venue faster.
Will Call – Collect your hardcopy tickets at the venue on the day of your event. For most events, the venue box office is open for ticket collection one hour before the event up until the event showtime. Tickets will only be released to the person who purchased them. A valid photo-ID and a credit card with the purchaser’s name on it will be required to be shown in order to pick-up the tickets. If you are purchasing tickets as a gift for someone, please select either MAIL or PRINT AT HOME as your delivery method.
Mail – Your tickets will be hardcopy tickets sent via Standard Mail. They should arrive within 5-10 business days. If your tickets have not arrived after 14 business days, please contact Etix directly.
